Shipping policy

Aure currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We aim to expand to additional regions in the future.

All orders are carefully processed and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Aure is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

While we work with reliable third-party courier services, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to postal delays, weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
