Refund policy

At Aure, we hope every order arrives beautifully and exceeds expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition;
• Returned with original packaging;
• Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Please note:

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
• Personalised or custom pieces are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Aure within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images where possible.
